Ghana Based Music Duo Announces Plan To Release Seven-Track EP

Accra, Ghana-based Nigerian music duo, ENE YATT has announced plans to release a seven-track EP before the end of the year.

After a successful duet with Ghana’s award-winning dancehall act, Raskuuku. ENE YATT in a recent interview hinted at a possible collaboration with Ghana’s rap act, Sarkodie.

The duo stated: “Most definitely, we have loads of unreleased songs which we plan on putting out pretty soon but first we are focused on putting out a date for our JTG EP which is a 7 track EP and features a couple of indigenous artists from Ghana here. After the EP drops, we do have plans of shooting a couple of more videos of the songs on the EP.

And while that is ongoing we are going to spice it up with more upcoming projects too.

“We’ve been having a conversation with the management team of Sarkodie to have him jump on our EP but turns out he’s been busy with a couple of his projects too, according to words from his management. So, we are still hoping to hear something positive anytime soon.”

Meanwhile, in opening up on the real meaning of their stage name, ENE YATT, who is currently managed by World Arts Agency in Johannesburg, South Africa, said “indeed we’ve been doing this music for quite some time now and there’s been ups and downs all through our journey, out of all of that experience we came up with the name (ENE YATT) which is an Acronym for EVIL NEVER ENDS and YOU ARE THE TRUTH.”

The music duo noted that their vision and aim is just to be heard and to stand as a symbol of hope for the new generation.
ENE YATT comprises two brothers, born Elvis Pamo Owugah and Richard Ebi Owugah in the Rivers State of Nigeria. They attended Immaculate Comprehensive College, Omoku before moving to Ghana after secondary school. They have lived in Ghana since then.
