Breaking: Two FRSC Officers Killed,10 Kidnapped
Two FRSC officers have been confirmed dead in a bandit attack in Nasarawa.
News Rain gathered that the FRSC personnel on Monday suffered a serious attack from unsuspected bandits at Udege Junction, Mararaban-Udege-Adoka axis of Nasarawa State.

The sad incident which was made known to the public through a statement that was issued by the State Corps Public Education Officer, Assistant Corps Marshal Bisi Kazeem, who stated that the officers totaling 26, were traveling from Sokoto and Kebbi States Command of the Corps for a training program at FRSC Academy, Udi, Nasarawa state when the incident occurred.

What Corp Marshal Kazeem Said
According to Corps Marshal Kazeem who noted that one of the Officers in the vehicle conveying the staff of the Corps reportedly died during the attack, while another officer died in the hospital as a result of the attack.

Corps Marshal Kazeem also confirmed that four officers were brutally injured, while eight Officers manage to escape from the attack unhurt.
Kazeem affirmed through the statement that ten officers were unaccounted for, as they were alleged to have been kidnapped by the assailants.

The Corps Marshal however said that the Corps Marshal, Dr. Boboye Oyeyemi, has a matter of urgency reported the incident to relevant authorities for prompt rescue of the kidnapped officers, while investigations to ensure that the assailants are brought to book is ongoing.
Meanwhile, Corps Marshal Kazeem has assured the FRSC Officers nationwide not to be deterred by the ugly incident, saying that the Corps will work closely with relevant security agencies to ensure that the missing personnel regained their freedom, while the suspected criminals face the wrath of the law.
