Edo Election: APC Ize-Iyamu Accepts Defeat, Congratulate Obaseki

 Ize-Iyamu has congratulated Obaseki over his victory.
News Rain gathered that the All Progressive Congress Party candidate at the just concluded Edo State governorship election, Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu has accepted fate and has also expressed his congratulatory message to the Peoples Democratic Party candidate Governor Godwin Obaseki for emerging victorious at the poll.

Ize-Iyamu Congratulates Obaseki.

Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu who conceded defeat, on Sunday, congratulated his arch-rival Obaseki who won with 307, 955 votes, while APC Ize- Iyamu polled 223, 619 votes.
Pastor Iyamu just after the INEC official declaration in Sunday took to his tweeter handle to commend Edo people for their support, and also congratulated Governor Obaseki of PDP.
He said in a tweet: “Edo people have decided, We thank you all!. Congratulations to the Opposition party! They have won! Election no is war. It’s time to work harder for the next 4years.
Congratulations.”
