Edo Election Update: Our Victory Is Certain, We Will Not Entertain Inconclusive – PDP Lament

PDP has affirmed that it would not accept any form of inconclusiveness.
News Rain reports that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) through the Edo Campaign Council has on Sunday in a Press Briefing affirmed that the party will not entertain any form of inconclusive by INEC in an election that is clearly in favour of its a party.

What PDP Said About Inconclusive Result.

The Campaign Council urged Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to release the Edo election results, saying that it will resist attempts to declare the election which was held on Saturday inconclusive.
The Chairman of the PDP National campaign council and Rivers State Governor, Mr Nyeson Wike during the briefing that was held in Benin City cautioned the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) against the declaration of the election as inconclusive.
Governor Wike, who alleged that the INEC  returning officer for Orhionmwon local government has disappeared after supervising collation of results in the area.
He said, “We call on INEC and to let the general public know that the man is locked up in an office in INEC complex.”
Wike noted that official results from 16 out of 18 local government areas in the State shows that Obaseki is leading with over 100,000 votes.
As at the time of filling this reports, the result of Orhionmwon Local Government Area of the State was released with All Progressive Party (APC) scoring 10, 458, while the PDP scored 13, 445.
