EndSARS: Police Stations, Correctional Center, Campaign Office Burnt In Ondo

Angry protesters burnt Police stations and other facilities in Ondo.
News Rain Nigeria reports that the youths in Ondo State have on Thursday, 22, October 2020, burnt Police station, Correctional facility, and Governor Akeredolu Campaign Office.
The protesters who were protesting against the police brutality in Ore, Odigbo Local Government part of Ondo State have burndown the Divisional Police station in the town.
They also reportedly burnt Division A Police station in Akure the Capital City of the State.

News Rain Nigeria also gathered that the youths burnt down the campaign office of the Governor of the State, Mr. Rotimi Akeredolu, in Akure town.
The angry protesters were said to have also attacked a correctional facility situated in the town, where they set free the prison inmates.
Meanwhile, the Youths according to an eyewitness who pleaded anonymously were said to have launched an attack on the Engr. Ife Oyedele residence, where they also set his house on fire.
News Rain Nigeria gathered that the Engr. Ife Oyedele was one of the governorship aspirants of the All Progressive Congress at the just concluded guber election in the state.
The eyewitness also confirmed that the protesters were trying to burn down the remaining part of the already burnt Police station but were repelled by the policemen who were on ground to maintain peace and order.
He maintained that the policemen repelled the protesters by firing gunshots into the air.
