The irate mob has carted away Covid-19 Palliatives In Ilorin, Kwara State capital.
News Rain Nigeria gathered that some irate mob, mostly youths have carted away some Covid-19 Palliatives at the Cargo terminal of Ilorin International Cargo Airport.
According to an eyewitness, who pleaded anonymously said the Palliatives were marked for Covid-19 distribution in the State.
He also noted that the irate mob used more than three hours in the process of carting away some food items, which are Idomie, macaroni also from the same manufacturer.

He also said that the mob Carted away some bags of rice in 10 kg bags.

News Rain Nigeria also gathered that alarm was raised by some members of the public, who called the attention of the authority that some individuals were seen making away with the Covid-19 food Palliative items.
The attempt of the soldiers and policemen officers who were on ground to curtail the menace was said to have degenerated to the crisis, as a result of multiple presences of the irate mob.
According to another eyewitness who also pleaded anonymously, who spoke with the News Rain Nigeria said the irate mobs just came from nowhere and they were shouting that the food items are meant for them, and before you know what happened, they had started looting the warehouses.
The policemen and soldiers that were on ground could not stop them, as they were just too many, and they don’t want to shoot at them so that the matter would not go beyond control, because any attempt to stop them forcefully will result in a serious problem.
The eyewitness said the irate youths disguised to be ENDSARS Protesters, but with the way they were, one can easily deduct that they are not genuine protesters.
