Videos: Soldier Seen Beating A Woman In Ibadan For ‘Indecent’ Dressing
Nigerian Army personnel stationed at a Barrack in Beere, Ibadan, Oyo State have been reported to be involved in different unprofessional acts.
News Rain Nigeria reports that soldiers reported to be working under Operation Burst in the state were seen in videos flogging a woman for indecent dressing and cutting male residents’ hair over what they described as unethical hairstyles.
There was also video evidence of him allegedly harassing and extorting money from residents.

Also, an eyewitness alleged that residents of the area now live in fear following the “extreme actions” of the “Operation Beast” soldiers in the state where there is no curfew. One of the soldiers was also identified as “O. Adesina”.
