Breaking: Anti-France Protest Erupts In Abuja As Shiites Burn Country’s Flag

Shiite members have launch protest against France President.
News Rain Nigeria reports that the members of the Shiites on Tuesday, 3, November 2020, in Abuja the Federal Capital Territory, launched a protest against the French President, Mr. Emmanuel Macron.
The members of the Islamic Movement of Nigeria (IMN), staged the protest against the French President Macron as a result of the republishing of an article of caricatures of the Prophet Muhammad in a magazine.

The protesters started by assembling at the Nitel Junction and terminated at the Wuse Market, as they were also sighted chanting anti-France songs, they also set ablaze the France national flag to register their anger against the French President and the Country as a whole.
The sudden protest by the protesters led to confusion as their presence at the Wuse Market area of the city created fear and pandemonium for the traders which were sighted scampered for safety.
The traders left their shops in hurry to avoid being attack by the hoodlums or the protesters.
A statement by the Secretary of the Academic Forum of the Movement, Sheikh Sidi Munir, a  follower of Sheik Zakzaky stated that We set the France flag on fire in a reaction to the attack on Islam and Muslims by the President of France Emmanuel Macron since the heinous crime of publishing cartoons of the Prophet by the magazine Charlie Hebdo.
Shiekh Munir said the rally was aimed at condemning the action of the France President over the derogatory publication.
” Hence we applaud the current campaign across Muslims and all lovers of peace and humanity,” Munir said.
