News Rain Nigeria reports that the non-Nigerian Fulani herder has been caught with a gun and Nigeria’s official National Identification Number (NIN) registration slip in a video published online.
According to the video, it can be deduced that the foreign herdsman was nabbed by men of the Nigerian Immigration Service.
“This video has confirmed our fears of ploy by ISA Pantami and Co to grant Non-nigerian Fulanis Nigerian Citizenship,” @Austinokai , a social media blogger tweeted while sharing the video.
