The incident occurred along Kudirat Abiola Way near the Oluyole bus stop in Oregun on Wednesday, April 6, at around 8 a.m.
The billboard completely blocked both sides of the road, causing massive gridlock.
However, the billboard has been taken down by LASAA officials.
There was no one killed or injured.
