Recall that Lagos State Governor Babatunde Sanwo-Olu had announced a total ban on Okada on all highways across six local government areas and nine local council development areas of the state, and it took effect on Wednesday, 1st of June, 2022.
Some defaulters were arrested after the ban took effect and about 2,228 motorcycles were impounded by the force.
As we speak, they are currently being crushed in Lagos.
