Update: Funke Akindele Breaks Silence Over Breakup Rumour With Her Husband

Finally, award-winning Nollywood actress, Funke Akindele has broken her silence on her rumoured breakup with her husband, JJC Skillz.

The mother of two decided to celebrate her husband, JJC Skillz today being father’s day to quench all the rumours flying around that the couples had gone their separate ways.

According to Funke Akindele in her recent post, JJC is a wonderful and caring father.

The 44-year-old also used the medium to appreciate the singer and also to pray for him.

Sharing series of photos JJC snapped with all his children, Funke wrote;

“Happy Father’s Day darling!!! Thank you so much for being a wonderful and caring father. We love you God bless you more Baba Ibeji of life!”

Taking to the comment section of the post to react, JJC wrote;

“Awwwww thank you darling God bless and protect us #familyfirst #thebellos

Recall that the popular actress and her husband were at loggerheads over alleged mismanagement of their finances by the former, even though they tried to downplay the media reports of their marital crisis by putting up a joint appearance on the recently concluded AMVCA stage.

Benito who’s the first son of JJC Skillz, his father, and Funke Akindele also confirmed that the couples were no longer living together. They have also cheated on themselves on several occasions.

In his words: “They are not really together. They both cheat on each other, and they both had a fight. My dad is practically living somewhere else. I don’t even have any care for them no more. I can’t talk to them as a couple anymore. I can only say what I have seen. They are in an open relationship.”
