A mentally challenged woman who stoned a young man to death was detained by police on Monday, August 1 at Kwame Nkrumah Circle in Accra.

The man was seen laying in a pool of blood at the Nkrumah Interchange, often known as Dubai, in a video that captured the horrific event.

After police responded to a distress call and arrived at the bloody scene on the flyover, the woman was taken into custody.
