Yoruba Movie Gist Awards: Olakiitan Adetutu Communications Picks November 13th For 2022 Edition

The organizers of the most prestigious entertainment awards in Nigeria, Olakiitan Adetutu Communications, Publisher of Yorubamoviegist.com and Naijasocietynews.com has picked a date for the 5th edition of its annual Yoruba Movie Gist Awards (YMGA2022).

A press statement made available to our correspondent by the organization revealed that the event is aiming at rewarding the masterminds in Nollywood.

It will hold on Sunday 13th November 2022, at a yet-to-be-announced venue around Ikeja, Lagos State, Nigeria.

The red carpet kicks off at 1 pm while the main event will commence by 2 pm.

The yearly event which is rated as “The Most Innovative Entertainment Awards in Nigeria” has in the last five years been rewarding excellent performance in the movie and related industries.

A statement released by the CEO of the company, Gbolahan Adetayo, revealed the company has a lot of new activities to introduce in celebrating the 2022 edition which will of course be different from the previous ones.

Also, we have appointed a committee that will oversee the voting process to avoid unnecessary hullabaloos.

Producers, Directors, and Marketers can now submit their movies for review and nomination.

We however welcome corporate organizations and individuals who will love to be part of the celebration via support or sponsorship”.
