The best practice in the planning, financing, and development of both traditional and non-traditional of communities is to elect competent Committee to drive the affairs of the Community Development Committee (CDC).

Engr. Kuku Ayodeji a pioneer chairman and Zonal Legal Adviser representing Zonal Chairman Ogun state government stated this before the presentation of the Certificate of return to the new Chairman and his Excos adding that the community work is the responsibility of everyone

The journey has kick-started in Magboro as the Magboro Area Community development council Inaugurate Prince Adeshina as the new chairman and his executive to manage the entire Affairs of Magboro Community Prince Adeshina Olukoga the new chairman asserted this in his speech

The event which came up on the 20th of August 2022 at Freedom Estate was hosted by Freedom Estate CDA in Magboro.

It was a joyful moment for Magboro people as the whole 45 CDAs in Magboro duly represented by their chairmen and Chairwomen with their exco in each CDA under the CDC celebrate and welcome the new CDC chairman Prince Adeshina and his executives.

While appreciating the Executive Governor of the State, Prince Dapo Abiodun for his admirable leadership in Ogun state, he also extends his appreciation to everybody present at the event including the past chairman Eng. Oladosu, most especially his executives, the host of the event Freedom Estate executives & residents, stakeholders, and the guests that are present.

He said his tenure is going to be a new and different journey entirely as God willing.

He said his experience so far as the general secretary to Alhaji Haruna in the last years when Magboro was still in an embryonic and formative state was when magboro was still operating a singular CDA called Akeran CDA.

” It has been long that I have been well equipped/prepared for today’s task, My task is further made easy by the selection process of the election where the best hands emerged as my executives.” Prince Adeshina Olukoga Said.

He added that he is happy and proud to work with these present executives as they have penned down both short-term plans, medium-term plans, and long-term programs for this prestigious Community and the people to make Magboro community habitable and productive to all.

He listed some of the programs to be achieved while in office as; Security, traffic control, empowerment/welfare programs, health programs, and also to revert the state of the community health center, road palliative, environment, and climate control (clean up magboro in partnership with palms and some other facilitators.)

He also said he intended to have more CDCs, Police stations, more health centers, schools, gated environment, and improvement in Power supply among others.
