Speaking at the unveiling, the Managing Director/Chief Executive of Update Ville, Mr. James Obi, said he felt like bringing same thing on the island to the mainland so people can feel relaxed when they are out of their homes.

And that he took his time to ensure the apartments meet the standards of island and also meet the requests and satisfaction of his clients/customers.

I was inspired by the kind of structures built on the island, which was the reason i decided to do something similar here on the mainland”.
