Female Singer And Songwriter Slapped Onstage By Fan(Watch Video)

Popular female musician, Ava Max was slapped in the middle of a gig after a man walked on stage.

The Sweet But A Psycho singer, 29, was performing in Los Angeles when a man who had been attending the concert jumped on stage and slapped her in the face.

Ava carried on performing but was seen holding her face in a video taken by a fan.

The man who had hit her was instantly carried away by security while Ava continued her set before going off stage, and confused fans can be heard asking what happened.

Ava has now spoken out about the incident in a rightly furious message on social media.

She revealed the man had ‘slapped me so hard he scratched the inside of my eye,’ adding he was ‘never coming to a show again.’

Despite the frightening incident, Ava went on to thank the fans who were ‘spectacular’ at the show.

Ava has been inundated with messages of support from fans, hundreds writing wishing her well and saying they were sorry for what had happened.

Joel Ranger, who filmed the shocking video circulating on social media, told PA she was finishing her last song when a fan just ran and jumped on the left side of the stage.’

‘As he jumped on stage some of the lights fell to the floor and he was running for Ava with his arms wide open like he was going to hug her. But the security ran and grabbed him and as they did she just happened to turn and his arm was out and hit her in the face.’

He added that Ava’s planned Meet and Greet with fans almost didn’t happen due to the security incident, and the star ‘was disoriented and dazed’ when it did take place, saying it was ‘sad having to talk to her like that.’

She just looked really out of it when I was talking to her.’
