The famous actress made the announcement via her recent Instagram post on Monday.
Recall that she said her NGO, Pinkies Foundation, will submit a letter to the state government on Monday ahead of the rally on Tuesday or Wednesday.
In her recent post, the appropriate authorities has approved the peaceful protest.
Ahead of the rally, she wrote: ”In a resolute bid to formalize our deep-seated grievances, we have directed our counsel to escalate these numerous issues to the relevant government agencies.
We trust the appropriate government agencies to provide robust support for us in our collective goal to get justice.
May we also use this medium to intimate the general of our peaceful walk to the Governor, Speaker of Lahos House of Assembly, and Commissioner of Police offices on Wednesday the 20th day of September 2023 to join our voices for expeditious investigation and arraignment of suspects till justice is manifestly seen to have been done!
