A statement issued by the Commissioner for Transportation, Oluwaseun Osiyemi on Tuesday said to manage the traffic inflow to the affected section during the repair works, motorists from the Third Mainland Bridge would not be able to turn right to access Osborne, as they would move straight to Obalende or Onikan to continue with their journeys.

Similarly, motorists from Sura will not be able to access the ramp, they will turn right to connect Onikan and continue their journeys.

“Motorists are implored to be patient as the diversion is part of the traffic management plans for the ongoing rehabilitation works and asphalt pavement of the road section.

“We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation,” Osiyemi said.
