Patoranking, a Nigerian Afrobeats musician has been hit by a tragic loss following the death of his younger sister, Chioma, and her husband, George, in a gas explosion at their home.
The sad news was shared by Instagram blogger, Cutie Juls, who revealed that the explosion occurred shortly after a housewarming event and the celebration of their child’s birthday.
Chioma reportedly died on the spot during the explosion, while her husband, George, initially survived but passed away from his injuries on Wednesday, September 11, 2024.
Cutie Juls further shared, “Patoranking tried so much, buying tons of blood to help save his brother-in-law’s life, so at least his nephew wouldn’t be born an orphan.”
The heartbreaking incident has left the musician and his family devastated, especially given the close bond he shared with his sister.
