Recall that Baba Ijesha had announced on June 15 that he had welcomed a child with the celebrity stylist.

He said that God had been writing his story and had given him more than he prayed for – a wife and now a baby boy.

Confirming the news, Luminee expressed how overwhelmed she was with joy at their baby’s birth.

She affirmed her love for Ijesha, saying he is one in a million and his heart is pure.

While sharing more maternity photos of herself and Ijesha, she revealed that their newborn son is the first boy in the family, and has been christened King Kagar Omiyinka.

Amid the backlash, Luminee shared before-and-after photos of herself with Ijesha.

She said that privacy is peace to her, and that it was the right time for them to fly together.

Meanwhile, the couple has faced online criticism after revealing the Aso Ebi prices for the naming ceremony of their newborn

According to a flyer shared on the couple’s Instagram pages, the male Aso Ebi package costs N250,000, while the female package costs N350,000.

The development has, however, led to online scrutiny, with many Nigerians debating whether celebrity family events have become unnecessarily extravagant.

Several online users observed that the prices are comparable to those set by Nollywood stars Lateef Adedimeji and his wife, Mo’Bimpe, for the Aso Ebi at their upcoming baby dedication.
