Popular TikToker, Peller, has lamented after alleged phone theft at his wedding

NewsRain Nigeria reports that TikToker Habeeb Hamzat, popularly known as Peller, has expressed frustration after several guests reportedly had their mobile phones stolen during his wedding ceremony.

Reacting in a post shared on his Instagram page, Peller said he had been inundated with calls from victims claiming their phones were snatched outside the wedding venue.

The TikTok star lamented that he had already spent a significant amount replacing some of the stolen devices, adding that he was exhausted by the situation.

In the same post, Peller announced that his white wedding would be held on August 8, revealing that the ceremony would be a strictly private event with only 100 invited guests in attendance.

He urged members of the public not to attend the wedding without an official invitation, stressing that only invited guests would be allowed into the venue.

Peller also warned people he referred to as “agberos” against gathering outside the event, blaming them for the reported thefts during the traditional wedding.

According to him, security personnel would remove anyone found loitering around the venue to prevent a repeat of the incident.

The content creator’s comments have sparked reactions online, with many social media users sympathising with the victims while calling for improved security at celebrity events.

He wrote: “They stole a lot of phones yesterday; everybody is calling I don pay for phone tire 😢😒.

August 8th is the day there will join us together as one, which is White wedding 100 guest only pls if I did not send u an invitation pls do not come, agbero pls don’t come and stay outside the place they will pack any agbero wey there see for outside and take u to where u don’t know ‼️⚠️ because u guys thief many phones yesterday I just dey get different calls about people phone been snatch outside😏.”
