Olu Okeowo is a Nigerian billionaire, philanthropist, and real estate business mogul.

News Rain brings to you the man that reportedly owns one of the biggest mansions in Lagos. In fact, it is said to be the biggest on the highbrow Parkview Estate, Ikoyi, Lagos.

Olu Okeowo is the Founder and Chairman of Gibraltar Construction Nigeria Limited which was established in 1987 with a background and execution of fabrication and Real estate projects.

A knight of the John Wesley Church, who is known for his mega affluence, and posh lifestyle, even though he tries to live free of press attention. He is obviously one of the richest men in Lagos and possesses the most exquisite and biggest mansion in Parkview, Ikoyi Lagos.

Sir Olu Okeowo, a native of Ijebu Ode in Ogun State is a silent philanthropist, who is committed to recreating a healthy society and also impacting humanity.

He has done a lot of philanthropic gestures, among which is the donation of a building to the Department of Physiotherapy, College of Medicine, University of Lagos. This is reputed to be the biggest donation to the university by any private individual.

He was estimated to have a net worth of $250 million dollars which is equivalent to N 90.3 billion at an exchange of N 360 to $1.

His Parkview Estate in Ikoyi is one of his ways of displaying his grace and glamour. This is a mansion built on over 5 acres of land and sand-filled waterside with an estimated value of $12 million or approximately N4 Billion.

The white mansion which was built in a style resembling the Basile Palace in France is reportedly built over 3-floors in a Victoria style design in Park view, Ikoyi Lagos.

The mansion named “Palacio de Okeowo’ is a 16 rooms edifice with a lawn tennis court, a chapel, a basketball court, an Olympic size swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, a king-size dining area, a cinema, a gym, and a private jetty.

The mansion also housed his domestic staff who are from various countries of the world. They are also housed in a 2- floor building designed as staff quarters.

In making the house one of its kind, the interior decoration and finishing are royally made with chairs, doors, and chandeliers made from gold.

More so, his car garage is airconditioned, where his fleet of luxurious cars worth billions of Naira are stationed.

Sir Okeowo was born in May 1965 to a billionaire father – Sir Pa Taiwo Okeowo and he’s married with 3 handsome sons. With his philanthropic works, his associates believe Chief Okeowo is a gift to mankind.
