Governor Seyi Makinde on Monday earmarked N1b for post Protest hazards.
News Rain Nigeria reports that the Oyo State Governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde, today, 26, October 2020, met with the traditional rulers,  religious clerics, Service Cheifs, caretaker chairmen, and other major stakeholders in the State to discuss the way forward on the post-ENDSARS Protests.

Governor Seyi Makinde held meetings with major stakeholders at the House of Cheifs Agodi  Secretariat Ibadan, the Oyo State Capital, which had in attendance some traditional rulers, like the Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Olayiwola Adeyemi, the Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Saliu Akanmu Adetunji, Oba Jimoh Oyewumi Olaunni the Soun of Ogbomoso, Oba Salawu Abdul Ganiyu Adekunle Aseyin of Iseyin, the Garrison Commander of the Second Division of Nigeria Army, Brigadier General Soji Ogunsugba, the Deputy Inspector General of Police, on Research and Planning, DIG. Leye Oyebade, the State Commissioner of Police, CP. Joe Nwachukwu Enwonwu, the Oyo State CAN Chairman, Apostle Joshua Akinywemiju, the Aare Musulumi of Ibadanland, Edo and Delta, Alhaji Daud Makanjuola among others.
Governor Makinde in his speech, declared the total sum of Five Hundred Million Naira(500, 000,000),  for compensation funds for the victims of injustice.
Makinde while speaking at the House of Cheifs House of Assembly Complex, Oyo State Secretariat said, I have set up the initial five hundred million naira for the compensation funds of victims of various injustice in the past, and also the victims of the ENDSARS protests.
“So I urge all anybody here that have any form of injustice in the past or as a result of the recent protest, to please come forward and take the advantage of the platform that we have created to lodge their cases.
“A Judicial panel of Oyo State will be inaugurated in the next one week.
I know as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic many economic have been seriously affected, so I can assure the youths of our continuous priority actions that are going to be a positive impact on our youths.
Governor Makinde also said, he has directed another Five Hundred Million Naira for the SME fund, and this fund is meant for the youths who have bright entrepreneurial skills.
