The popular American female rapper, Cardi B has finally spoken on Ghanaian actress, Akuapem Poloo’s three months jail term.

News Rain Nigeria reports that the American rapper who she infamously described as Poloo as her “twin sister” during her visit to Ghana in 2019, stated that the punishment should have been a social media probation or community service would be fine, not 90 days jail term which she described as a bit “harsh”.

Recall that the Circuit Court in Ghana issued the Ghanaian actress Akuapem Poloo whose real name is Rosemond Brown 90 days imprisonment over a nude photoshoot she had with her underage son last June.

In a tweet she shared, Cardi B said she believes Akuapem Poloo should not have been imprisoned and that social media probation or community service would have been a better option.

She also disclosed that she has seen similar photoshoots in the United States.

Cardi B tweeted; “I seen a lot of Americans do photoshoots like that. Even tho is not my style I don’t think she was going for sexual more going the natural idea. I think jail is a bit harsh. Maybe social media probation or community service.”
