It is no longer news that the United Kingdom (UK) has made a law barring foreign students including Nigerians from relocating with their families from January 2024.
This was revealed yesterday as the country gave overpopulation as the reason behind the new development.
Many have wondered why the UK was so firm with this, especially the fact that Nigerians have more population there and will be affected more by the law.

Netizens have however discovered that a young man, Emdee Tiamiyu from Osun state, is solely responsible for the success of the law against his own people.
In a video currently trending on social media, Emdee Tiamiyu was seen speaking to the UK media about how Nigerians are migrating to the United Kingdom with their families by using the student visa as a route.
He noted in his video that Nigerian students don’t come to the UK for academic purposes but only use academic means to migrate to the UK with their families as dependents.
