Defence Ministers Visit Maiduguri, Says Insecurity Will Soon Be A Thing Of The Past

The Honourable Minister of State for Defence His Excellency Bello Mohammed Matawalle along with his counterpart Malam Badaru storms Maiduguri the State capital of Borno on official Military operational assessments

The two Honourable Defense Ministers were accompanied by the chief of General Staff General C.G Musa along with some top Military Commanders where they were warmly received by Borno state governor His Excellency Professor Umara Zulum.

The Honourable Minister of State for Defence Bello Mohammed Matawalle assured Borno state government that they were in the State to assess the efforts of the Men and officers of the Nigerian army fighting insurgency in the Northeast,” Matawalle also said
that, ” President Bola Ahmed Tinubu under his watch is ever ready to re-provide Nigerian troops with more modern Military operational equipment to safeguard Nigerian territorial integrity.

The Nigerian troops’ welfare is President Bola Ahmed Tinubu primary objective, and by the special grace of God Almighty the Defence Ministry as directed by the president, is working seriously to increase Military welfare interns of promotion and and standard feeding Matawalle assured the troops.

In addition, the two Ministers assured Nigerians that Mr president has given the Military none non-sympathetic Marching order to deal with no mercy on any individual or group of persons who are not ready to denounce his or their criminal activities or should be ready to join their ancestors.
