Super Eagles of Nigeria will battle host nation, Cote d’Ivoire in the final of the 2023 AFCON.

The Elephants of Ivory Coast defeated D.R Congo 1-0 courtesy of Sebastian Haller’s great volley in the 65th minute.

Both teams met in the group stages where Nigeria defeated Cote d’Ivoire 1-0 via William Ekong’s penalty.

Recall that Nigeria defeated South Africa 4-2 on penalties to advance to the final after a pulsating 1-1 draw in regulation and extra time.
