Economic Hardship: Viral Video Of Woman Selling Nylon ‘Ice Water’ Instead Of Sachet Pure Water

A viral video of woman selling ice water instead of regular pure water in Ibadan has emerged.

This is a sign that the initiative of ‘Ice Water’ which was in vogue in the 90s before the emergence of Sachet Water(Pure Water) has returned.

In a video, the woman was seen advertising ‘Ice Water’ which is cold water packaged in a white nylon instead of the sealed sachet and it is relatively cheaper compared to the normal sachet water.

In the video, she mentioned that she sells two for N50 which means one sells for N25.

The woman was seen at the Iwo Road Park in Ibadan.

Meanwhile, recall that Pure Water producers had last week went on strike over the rising cost of materials used in production.
