VIDEO: Gas Explosion Rocks Mobil Filling Station In Lagos

A mobil filling station located at Obafemi Awolowo Road, beside Airport Hotel in Ikeja has been engulfed by fire as a result of a gas explosion.

According to information, a gas tanker was undocking contents at the filling station when the incident occurred.

The cause of the fire outbreak could not be ascertained as of press time.

However, it was gathered that the fire, which erupted around 11 am, on Thursday morning.

A gas tanker, cars, and buses at the filling station were burnt.

Officials of the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) are currently at the scene.
