VIDEO: Popular Actress, Uche Ogbodo, Calls Out GUO Transport And Logistics Company Over Alleged Package Theft & Poor Service

Popular Nollywood actress Uche Ogbodo has publicly called out popular transport and courier service GUO Logistics, accusing their Ajah office staff of mishandling her package, extortion, and what she boldly described as “a coordinated game scheme.”
In a detailed Instagram post, the actress recounted how she failed to receive a delivery notification after a package was sent to her from Abuja. Five days passed without a single message or update from GUO.
When she finally sent her PA to check, she was told a PIN from a message she never received was required to claim it.
“I never even got a text that my package had arrived!” Uche lamented.
After her PA was denied the package, Ogbodo personally drove to the office, only to be told she would need to pay demurrage — a holding fee — before she could collect it.
Despite pleading and asking to see the manager, the staff allegedly stonewalled her and showed no intention of helping.
“It became clear they were running a scheme,” she added. “Why are logistics companies always trying to steal people’s packages?”
This incident is not isolated. Many small business owners and individuals in Nigeria frequently complain of package theft, poor communication, and hidden charges from logistics companies.
The most frustrating part? The burden of the loss is almost always placed on the sender or receiver, not the service provider.
