Covid-19: Police Recovers Cartons Of Noodles Worth N4 Million Diverted Palliatives

News Rain reports that Kano state police command has recovered noodles of not less than 1,958 cartons worth Four Million, One hundred and Eleven thousand, Eight Hundred Naira (4,111,800).
The recovered noodles according to the Commissioner of Police in the State, CP. Habu Sani said its part of the 3,850 Cartons of Dangote branded noodles that are meant for Benue State as a Covid-19 palliative.

Police Cartons Of Noodles In Kano.
CP. Sani while briefing journalists on Wednesday noted that the noodles were intercepted and recovered in one popular Kano Market, following a discreet Police investigation.
He said Police who later got the suspected criminal while making attempt to monetize the commodities which have been tagged not for sale.

According to CP Sani, the suspect arrested in connection with the case is already in the police custody and will be facing proper trial at the competent court of law.
CP. Habu Sani reiterated that the police in the state remain committed and resolute in fulfilling their policing mandate in line with the vision and mission of the Inspector General of Police, IGP Mohammed Abubakar Adamu.
