Footballer Dies On The Field During Training

A football player named Lukman Success has reportedly slumped and died during a training session at the Kwara State Stadium Complex.

According to Oladele Abolarin aka Radical, all efforts to revive Lukman Success proved abortive during the five aside match as he was rushed to the general hospital where he was confirmed dead.

He said, “During the five-aside football match, Success fell without anyone touching him; there was no contact at all.”

Radical explained that they had an accident while conveying the deceased to his hometown in Oyo State.

He said, “Myself, the driver a colleague sustained injuries while we were trying to take his corpse to Oyo his town.

Our vehicle (was) involved in road accident at Eyenkorin just after the bridge, Thank God for sparing our lives”.
