See Video As GTBank Customer Tries To Set Himself On Fire After An Unauthorized Debit From His Account

It was a scary moment for customers and staff of Gtbank, Kuto Abeokuta branch today, Tuesday, October 24, 2023 when one of the customers tried to set himself ablaze in the banking hall.

The customer in his early 40s according to eyewitnesses reported an unauthorized debit of 30 thousand naira from his account yesterday to the bank and was told to bring a court order, while he was at the court today trying to get a court order, he got another unauthorize debit of (500k) 500 thousand from his account.

He then went to the bank according to a witness.

“He made complaint but was not satisfied with the attitudes and response he got, meanwhile, he came prepared with petrol in a bottle, this time, he started bathing himself with it and asked everyone to go out before he set himself on fire.

” Luckily, no one is injured and the situation is under control’.
