The 11th Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards (AMVCA) held in Lagos, Nigeria, at the Eko Hotel and Suites on Saturday, May 10, 2025, witnessed an event that attracted a galaxy of stars from across the continent.

The night celebrated excellence in African film and television, bringing together the continent’s brightest stars and industry professionals.

Lisabi: The Uprising and Seven Doors stood out, clinching multiple awards, while Suspicion, The Legend of the Vagabond Queen of Lagos, and Christmas in Lagos captivated audiences and judges alike, marking a year of bold narratives and technical brilliance.
