News Rain Nigeria reports that unknown gunmen have killed AIG Christopher Dega (Rtd), Senior Special Assistant to Benue Governor Samuel Ortom on Security.

This online news platform understands that Governor Ortom’s aide was shot dead, in Jos, Plateau State Capital, northern Nigeria.

A report on The Nation online says Governor Ortom’s aide was shot in the chest several times by gunmen on Tuesday, June 2.
